Software Simulation

Software Smulation is a great way to train and develop peoples software skills. Compined with online assesment its a great way of assessing and testing peoples skills. In my early days I gave computer training and soon developed manuals and later HTML pages to train people in the use of Windows, Word Ecxel and Powerpoint. A trainer can only be in one place while technology you can access from anywhere. After someone did the training you can also get immediat feedback to test if a person actullu had learnt. Its alsopossible to immediately retrain till a person has attained the required standard. Over the years many software simulation tools came to the market. In the beginning we used screenshots with instructions how to use the software. Later on specialized tools like Macromedia Authorware wer used to train and track the user. Recently easy to use tools has been develope to train and trach users.
